”Sleeping improves the quality of lifestyle”, but I prefer to say “quality of life” which has a broader meaning. “Quality of lifestyle” is a person’s choice, his/her preference.

ライフスタイルというのはその人の好みや選択したもので（たとえば都会に住むか田舎に住むかとか）、QOLの方がもっとカバーする意味が広い。

Sounds strange, “This means that you shouldn’t run here.”

“Don’t run here”と書かれた看板か何かがあって、“This means that you shouldn’t run here.”って感じかな。

この文だと（人から聞いた話とかではなく）「自分の目で見た」と強調している感じ

Incorrect. Sugar is uncountable, therefore “This sweet includes much sugar” is correct. Coffee, tea, water, time, money, any kind of concept such as love or freedom and so forth, these words are also uncountable, which means you never use plural form.

数えられる名詞と数えられない名詞の区別をつけるように。

Suggest means recommendation. Polite.

友達に対して言うわりには丁寧なのね。

“Suggest” is also used like this ; “I suggest that you should stay home”. It is often used with that-clause and “should” is often taken out, especially in American English. But even if “should” is taken out, you still have to use the dictionary form of the verb.

Ex ; I suggest that it be put off (postponed)./I suggest that he stay home.

別の使い方としてthat節を用いた言い方がある。shouldを使うか動詞の原形を使う。動詞の原形の方がよく見るかな。参考書だと仮定法現在か助動詞のページ参照。

OK, but “produce” is used for mechanical products. If you mean she’s doing it in her garden, “My aunt grows apples.” is appropriate.

「プロデュース」は工業製品、機械製品に対して使われることが多いから、家でちょっと作るという意味なら「育てる」の方がナチュラル。
